iTech handles all its projects through a rigorous project management model. From initial consultation to final installation and ongoing support, iTech applies rigorous protocols and structure to software design, programming, unit and integration testing, documentation, and maintenance. Each phase of the development cycle is executed in a disciplined fashion in order to ensure that the finished product is of high quality and meets the customer's needs.

Service Models
iTech provides both Project Based and On-going services to its clients.

Project Model
In the project based model, iTech works with the clients, based on the statement of work, to derive the staffing needs and provides deliverables meeting the projects’ requirements. The Project model also provides for extension for post production support, tactical developments and user training.

Ongoing Service Model
In the On-going model, iTech retains a core team, exclusively for the client. The core team is dedicated for the client and retains all the training and knowledge base required for the client. From time to time, depending on the clients’ requirements, more members are added to the core team, to support the client’s requirements. This ensures that the client has a core team as the primary contact, which is well versed with the client’s business practices, standards, systems and processes and carries continued knowledge from the past for all future enhancements, changes, support etc.
A different flavor of the on-going model is to retain resources specific for the client, who are controlled and directed by the client. They would almost be an extended staff of the client and work per the directions provided by the client. The arrangement is provided with greater flexibility for the client to request addition/downsizing of team, from time to time, with reasonable notice, to minimize the offshore resource cost.
